Organizational talent for internal sales & management assistance (m/f)
Location
Schörfling am Attersee · Part-time (approx. 30 hours/week)
Your responsibilities
* Customer contact by telephone and in writing, as well as coordination with business partners
* Processing orders, quotations, and goods issues
* Packaging and shipping of goods, including organization of shipping documents
* Planning and coordination of service appointments and trade fairs
* Management of incoming and outgoing mail and general postal routes
* Supporting management in day-to-day business
* Preparation and support in accounting (e.g., receipts, invoices, payments)
* General administrative and organizational tasks
* Assisting with hosting guests and customers in the building
Your profile
* Completed commercial training and professional experience in office, sales, or assistant roles
* Organizational skills with a passion for communication and teamwork
* Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
* Confident use of MS Office
* Experience with accounting and ERP systems (Odoo) is an advantage
* Very good written and spoken German, good English skills
* Friendly demeanor, resilience, and hands-on mentality
